Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almonds, chopped
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp coriander seeds
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • Pinch of salt

Prep steps

  1. Toast almonds and seeds in a dry pan.
  2. Crush lightly in a mortar or bag.
  3. Season and cool before storing.

Storage notes

Store in a sealed jar away from heat.
