Almond Dukkah
Toasty, nutty crunch with warm spices.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup almonds, chopped
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp coriander seeds
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- Pinch of salt
Prep steps
- Toast almonds and seeds in a dry pan.
- Crush lightly in a mortar or bag.
- Season and cool before storing.
