Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb chicken thighs or breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Zest + juice of 1 lemon
  • Zest + juice of 1 orange
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper

Prep steps

  1. Toss chicken with oil, citrus, and seasoning.
  2. Bake at 400°F for 18-22 minutes.
  3. Shred with forks and return to juices.
