Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked quinoa, well dried
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Optional: garlic powder

Prep steps

  1. Spread quinoa on a tray to dry for 20 minutes.
  2. Toast in a skillet with oil until crisp.
  3. Season and cool before storing.

Storage notes
