Garlicky Green Beans
Bright, crisp beans with lemon zest and garlic.
Ingredients
- 1 lb green beans, trimmed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper
Prep steps
- Blanch beans for 2 minutes, then drain.
- Saute garlic in oil, add beans and toss.
- Finish with lemon zest and seasoning.
