Herbed Grain Mix
A fluffy base with herbs and a hint of citrus.
Ingredients
- 1 cup quinoa or rice blend
- 2 cups broth or water
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp chopped dill
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Salt
Prep steps
- Cook grains in broth until fluffy.
- Fluff with a fork and stir in oil and herbs.
- Finish with lemon zest and salt.
