Herbed Grain Mix

Ingredients

  • 1 cup quinoa or rice blend
  • 2 cups broth or water
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1 tbsp chopped dill
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • Salt

Prep steps

  1. Cook grains in broth until fluffy.
  2. Fluff with a fork and stir in oil and herbs.
  3. Finish with lemon zest and salt.

Cool fully and store in a wide container for quick reheat.
