Ingredients

  • 1 cup couscous
  • 1 cup boiling broth or water
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • Salt

Prep steps

  1. Pour boiling liquid over couscous, cover 5 minutes.
  2. Fluff with a fork and stir in oil and zest.
  3. Season to taste.

Storage notes

Cool fully and store in a wide container. Fluff after reheating.
