Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp white miso
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp warm water
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Prep steps

  1. Whisk miso with ginger, vinegar, and sweetener.
  2. Add water to loosen, then whisk in sesame oil.

Storage notes

Store in a jar. Shake before using.
