Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 2 cups milk of choice
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
Prep steps
- Stir all ingredients together.
- Portion into jars and refrigerate overnight.

Keep chilled and add toppings just before serving.
