Ingredients

  • 2 large sweet potatoes, cubed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper

Prep steps

  1. Toss cubes with oil and seasoning.
  2. Roast at 425°F for 22-25 minutes.
  3. Cool fully before storing.
