Ingredients

  • 1 block extra firm tofu, cubed
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar

Prep steps

  1. Press tofu and pat dry.
  2. Pan-sear in sesame oil until golden.
  3. Toss with soy, ginger, syrup, and vinegar.

Storage notes

Store in a shallow container. Reheat in a hot skillet.
