Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb salmon, cubed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Zest + juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • Salt and pepper

Prep steps

  1. Toss salmon with oil, lemon, and seasoning.
  2. Roast at 425°F for 10-12 minutes.
  3. Cool before storing.
