Tomato Basil Sauce
Bright, classic sauce for bowls and wraps.
Ingredients
- 2 cans crushed tomatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes
- 1/2 cup chopped basil
- Salt
Prep steps
- Saute garlic in oil for 1 minute.
- Add tomatoes and chili flakes, simmer 15-20 minutes.
- Stir in basil and season.
Storage notes
Store in jars; freeze in 1-cup portions.
