Prep Day Checklist
Use this on your monthly prep day to keep the flow calm and simple.
- Pick 3-5 core bricks (protein, veg, carb, sauce, crunch).
- Set up your station: sheet pan, pot, cutting board, containers.
- Cook in order: roast veg, cook protein, cook carb, mix sauce, toast crunch.
- Cool completely before sealing containers.
- Label bricks with date and best-use window.
- Freeze extras or portion for the week.
- Build 3 quick combos for your first week.
